Hello again,
My life here in the nicely, old-fashioned, very lovely town of Hythe, Kent, has made me more aware of how I spend my days. “When am I going to see the sea today?” has become an important consideration…perfect for slowing me down. I didn’t move out of North London to keep being very busy, is what I tell myself. But old habits die hard. So, Tantra (see link to video below) is a wonderful slowing down activity, especially because it also helps with deep connection and intimacy. Positively therapeutic for relationships!
I’d also like to tell you about another way that you could deeply enhance your relationship plus come to see the sea as well, especially before Autumn returns. Since I’m no longer seeing couples in North London, a few of them have come to do a Couples’ Bespoke Intensive with me. This is a really good kick start for a relationship that is struggling especially in areas of emotional and physical intimacy. A big chunk of time of 8.5 hours can make a huge difference!
Click here to find out more and also read an article in the Psychologies magazine which features a couple who attended one of these courses with me. By the way, I do love doing Intensives with couples. It’s a total joy to witness how it moves them to a new, possibly uncharted territory of love. Rewarding for all three of us!
My last blogs have been about Tantra: the ancient art of loving. Below is the third one in the series and it’s about breathing together, meaning being very close, intimate and creating lovely feelings.
So, if you didn’t manage to do the first two of the series: ‘Intro to Tantra’ and ‘Namaste’, I respectfully suggest you do them before this third one as it is more advanced. You can view them both here on my YouTube Channel. If you have any comments or need my help then please do comment below.
Do give yourselves a special, spacious time together to do these. Turn off all devices of course! Create a lovely comfortable and cosy space to relax into so you can totally enjoy the sacred, honouring aspects that Tantra brings….that’s one of its beautiful flavours.
Oh, just to mention my website has a new, softer look and so does my Facebook page Transforming Relationships It would be great if you could pop over there and “like” my page. Thank you.
So, I look forward to meeting you again in my next blog with some down to earth couple issues like arguments and differences plus some more Tantra dotted in between.
As always, I’m sending you and your relationship love
Priya xx
