Therapy Session Information

Welcome to Transforming Relationships.

 

Priya offers sessions from Mondays to Thursdays for couples and individuals.

 
  • These take place either online or in person in Folkestone, Kent 
  • Times of sessions are:
    • Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am, 10.15am, 4.00pm, 5.15pm. 
  • The slots at 10:15 and 5.15pm are open to new couples for a 90-minute session, which is recommended if possible. 
  • If you would prefer to start with a 15/20mins free chat on Zoom, these are in the afternoon between 2pm and 4pm.
  • When enquiring/booking, Priya will need the full name and email address of both you and your partner (where your partner will also attend sessions).
  • Priya will also need to know if you want in-person or online sessions.
  • All appointment times are in GMT or BST (London/Lisbon)
 

Travel Information:

 
If you are looking for in-person appointments and want to plan the journey ahead, the postcode area is CT20 2PT (the full address will be included in a reminder the morning before your appointment).  
 
  • There is a bus stop nearby on the Stagecoach route 104, Burlington Hotel.  Other routes may also stop there.
  • It is a 12-minute walk from Folkestone West train station.  
  • If by car there is on-street parking available that requires a permit.  If you would like to park in the road please text your registration to Priya on 07947 581 765 the morning of your appointment and within at least an hour of your start time.  Priya will then purchase a visitor permit on your behalf.  The cost is £2.50 and can be added to your appointment fee, and DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PARKING SPACE.  Alternatively, there is limited free parking/pay and display parking on nearby roads.  
 

Online Appointments:

 
If you require an online appointment Priya uses Zoom and a link will be included in your reminder the morning before your session.
If you do not already have Zoom you can download it here: https://www.zoom.us/signup   The Zoom account will be free for you to use.

 

Payment information

The current fee is £75 per hour (£112 for 90 mins)

Payment is to be made via Bank Transfer on the session day (or the day before).
Put your name/date of the session in the reference section.

Cancellation policy

Priya has a busy practice and therefore respectfully asks you to adhere to the cancellation policy as follows:

  • If you are unable to attend a session, please get in touch asap.
  • If we can book a replacement session date within 5 weekdays of the original booking, there will be no extra charge.
  • If this is not possible, there will be a charge for the lost session. Many thanks.

Couples: Find out about Bespoke Intensives 

This is a unique session, specially created for you as a couple. It’s all about enhancing the intimacy and closeness in your relationship. 

It usually takes place over an evening and a day. 

Timing can be flexible, according to your situation.
